Parking: Please park in the rear. Do not park at Gilpin Glass unless it is the weekend or after 4.They reserve the right to tow at your expense. 

Age Requirements: 18 and up for group classes.

Housekeeping: Please clean surfaces before and after use.

Registration closes 90 minutes before the start of class. You may still come after that if space allows, but you will be subject to walk-in policies except for fees.

You may cancel up to an hour before class. Late cancelation/no show will result in class credit being used for your booked class if applicable.

Admission available up to 15 minutes before the start of class and up to 30 minutes after the start of class. Doors lock after 30 minutes

Guest

Advance booking closes 2 hours before the start of class. You may come after that if space allows but you must pay the walk-in rate.

You may cancel/reschedule up to 2 hours before the start of class and receive a full refund.

Admission available up to 10 minutes before the start of class and up to 30 minutes after the start of class. Doors lock after 30 minutes

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins accepted up to 30 minutes after the start of class as long as space allows. Equipment may have to be shared with another participant. Fees are inflated for walk-ins.

Admission available up to 5 minutes before the start of class. Doors lock 30 minutes after class start time.

Group Classes: Group classes are open to the public and include participants who have different comfort levels, are in different places in their fitness journey, and have different lives outside of the studio. These rules are in place to respect everyone and keep everyone safe.

Cameras

GOING LIVE IS PROHIBITED! You are welcome to record videos of yourself and consenting participants, but please do not go live. This is our safe space to learn, grow and transform. Throughout this process wigs fall off, gas passes, nips slip, lips escape, and plenty of other embarrassing things tend to happen. We get past them and move on, but your followers may not. Please maintain our safe and comfortable environment by not going live.

Please be mindful of your surroundings as well as mirrors. Not everyone wants to share their journey. Be sure that you only capture the moment with consenting participants.

Support Partners

Due to the intimate nature of classes, support partners are only allowed in private classes. They are welcome to take an group class with you, but may not just watch.

Scents

Indulge safely as you wish but please be mindful of others. Participants come from various backgrounds. Our community includes doctors, case managers, police officers and so on. Strong marijuana/alcohol odors can be offensive as well as reflect poorly on the company. Please be mindful.

Private Classes

You may bring one support partner to private classes. Your support partner may not participate in class unless they would like to make payment for instruction
